Swire Hotels Announces New Restaurant Division & Dining Establishment

Swire Hotels recently announced the launch of its new restaurant division, Swire Restaurants, which will now manage the company’s stand-alone restaurants in Hong Kong, including Plat Du Jour, Public and Ground Public.


Joining the aforementioned group of restaurants in August 2015 is their latest food and beverage (F&B) venture, Mr & Mrs Fox – a three-storey modern steakhouse which will be located at the recently-launched Taikoo Place Apartments in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.


Designed by Hong Kong architectural and interior design company, Charlie & Rose, the three-level restaurant has a capacity of 250, and comprises a craft beerhouse at the street level; raw bar and steakhouse on the first level; as well as a private dining room with its own terrace in the attic.


Mr & Mrs Fox will be headed by one of Hong Kong’s top chefs, Joey Sergentakis, who was formerly Chef de Cuisine at Café Gray Deluxe. Chef Joey’s leading role will be supported by his wealth of experience, having previously worked in New York and European fine dining restaurants like Restaurant Daniel and Restaurant Hotel De Ville, together with acclaimed chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Gray Kunz and Philippe Rochat.


Swire Hotels is a company that manages a host of luxury lifestyle hotels in Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom.
