New to Cold Storage - TastyPot Co.’s range of soups and microwavable meals
The third installment of the annual Cold Storage New Zealand Food Fair has introduced even more delightful Kiwi brands to Singapore. Held from 18 – 24 May 2015 at Cold Storage with a larger scale showcase at Plaza Singapura’s atrium, the food fair saw already-popular Kiwi brands such as Anathoth and New Zealand Honey Co. introduce their latest products and flavours to the supermarket chain’s shelves.
“New Zealand is a gourmand’s dream destination, abound with wonderful and exciting produce and products from its pristine waters and fertile lands. We are proud to be able to introduce these to our customers, and offer them the opportunity to enjoy its offerings at Cold Storage during this annual fair,” said Mr Victor Chia, CEO of Cold Storage.
Among the 150 products on display, attendees were treated to free samples of New Zealand specialties like wine, cider, honey and cheese. New brands to Singapore like Coral Tree were also revealed for the first time at the fair.
Among the newcomers to the fair is Orchard Thieves Cider with a tantalising range of sweet fruit ciders. These thirst-quenching drinks are made in Nelson’s Redwood Valley, where the sunlight hours are one of the longest and ideal for fruit to flourish in New Zealand. Blackberry & Elderflower is just one of their refreshing flavours, which is best enjoyed over some ice, especially on one of they many hot days in Singapore. Other flavours include Peach & Passionfruit, and Mandarin & Lime.
Bluebird Delisio introduced its latest flavour among its potato chips range, Caramelised Onion and Balsamic Vinegar, whilst Abe’s Bagel Bakery launched its latest Marmite flavour of steam-baked bagel crisps. Other new food products include Kiwigarden Apple Slices, which are freeze dried and packed to preserve their nutrients, as well as TastyPot Co.’s range of soups and microwavable meals, in flavours such as ‘Thai Pumpkin’ and ‘Vegetable Love’.
The full range of all New Zealand products featured at the event is now in stock at 24 Cold Storage stores island wide.
