Homegrown family restaurant Gu Ma Jia has launched a variety of new dishes to celebrate its 5th anniversary. With its immaculate presentation, fresh ingredients and lower quantities of oil and MSG used, the timely spread features an array of delectable and healthy creations that will be splendid for family meal gatherings this Lunar New Year.

 

Be sure to order the XO Prawn Noodles if you are craving for a rich dish, and relish the winning combination of succulent prawn meat and homemade superior XO sauce. Two other highlights are the Homemade Yam Ring with Kyoto Pork Ribs, which pairs sweet and savoury elements, as well as the Satay Cuttle Fish, cooked to tender perfection and drenched in a flavourful satay sauce.

 

For a more mellow yet hearty flavour, opt for the nutritious Gu Ma Signature Traditional Bean Curd Soup which is boiled for six hours with ingredients like salted fish head and pork ribs – or the Claypot Pork in Sesame Oil which comprises Chinese wine, tender pork slices, ginger, black fungus and sesame oil.

 

Gu Ma Jia also offers a sumptuous Chinese New year Reunion Set with no service charge and GST. The menu features a tantalizing and wholesome set of dishes, which includes Braised Duck with Sea Cucumber, Teochew Style Steam Soon Hock, Hasma Red Dates with Quail’s Eggs.
