Food & Beverage Managers' Association
The Food and Beverage Managers' Association is proud to endorse the launch of the 6th edition of The Hospitality Resource Directory (HRD).
The Food and Beverage Managers' Association aims at providing strong networking opportunities as well as exchanging valuable knowledge and information in order to promote the highest professional standards of management, education and recruitment in the hospitality industry for the benefit of our association members. One of our objectives is to develop industry communication which includes sharing common work challenges, opportunities and solutions.
The food and beverage sector in Singapore covers a wide spectrum of products and services, ranging from outdoor dining which justifies more than 5000 food and beverage outlets in Singapore, domestic consumption to food catering service sector. The demand for food and beverage products in Singapore therefore far exceeds the population of 4 million people. As the food and beverage industry grows at an exponential rate, there is more demand for good source of related information such as products, services and equipment to support this growing business and such collation of sources makes it very simple to access all this information.
We support the publication because this Directory promotes the interests and addresses the needs of the food and beverage industry and the hospitality industry as a whole. It also enhances professional support and business networks. This Directory also carries informative links around Singapore providing a current and comprehensive directory of resource.
Over the years, we see inspiration from the publishing team to make improvements to the edition. It will be beneficial for the consumers as this directory becomes a useful, concise and modern resource over the coming years.
On behalf of the Food and Beverage Managers' Association, I take this opportunity to congratulate Citrus Media Pte Ltd on its excellent publication.
